Information you choose to share

The website enquiry tool uses your name, email or phone, preferred experience centre, furniture interest and message to prepare a brief in your current browser session. It does not submit that brief to our CRM. You choose whether to send it through WhatsApp or your email app. Copying or downloading a brief saves it to your device.

The catalogue enquiry form collects your name, phone number, selected furniture or design options and, if supplied, city, requirement, preferred call time and notes. Submitting stores these details in our enquiry system so our team can respond. A saved enquiry receives a reference.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to answer questions, discuss designs, arrange visits, prepare quotations and manage the resulting customer conversation. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Please provide only information needed for your furniture enquiry; do not include passwords, payment-card information or identity documents.

Your device and technical information

The catalogue saves favourite-item identifiers in your browser’s local storage so your selection remains available when you return. You can remove individual items or clear this site’s browser data. Clearing a selection does not delete an enquiry already submitted.

Staff sign-in uses authentication storage to keep authorised staff signed in. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the services. The public website and catalogue do not currently include advertising trackers or audience-analytics tags.

Service providers and external links

Hostinger hosts these sites. Supabase provides the catalogue database, image storage and authentication. Authorised BKP staff and technical support providers, including SQUAREGRIDD, may access information as needed to operate or support the service.

WhatsApp, email, Google Maps, Instagram, YouTube and the linked 3D viewer are separate services. Visiting them or loading an embedded map or viewer shares connection information with that service. The website loads its map only when you open it. Information you send through an external app is also subject to that provider’s privacy practices. Service providers may process information in locations outside your region.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep enquiry information for the customer conversation, related orders or support, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request its removal. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Removing a record from active systems may not immediately remove protected backup copies.

Access to the staff enquiry system requires authentication and permissions. HTTPS protects data in transit. Please contact us if you believe your information has been shared incorrectly.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete information you supplied, or withdraw permission for future enquiry follow-up. Email bkphomesfurniture@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”, or call +91 92810 64747. Include the enquiry reference if available. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request relates to you; do not send passwords or identity documents with your initial request.

Please have an adult handle an enquiry on behalf of a minor and avoid entering a child’s personal details.
